Crysta Danielle Hollins, MS, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant that is a native of Dallas, Texas. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as 2 additional advanced degrees including a Master's degree in Lifestyle Health and Coaching from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation, Crysta completed extensive training in orthopedic care, gaining hands-on experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries and supporting patients through both surgical and non-surgical recovery processes. Crysta is currently a practicing physician assistant at All American Orthopedic & Sports Medicine working alongside Dr. Cristin Mathew. Her advanced studies in lifestyle health and orthopedics complement each other in healthcare by promoting prevention, enhancing recovery, and managing chronic conditions.
Passionate about exploring various forms of exercise, including weight lifting, yoga, hiking, and pilates, Crysta enjoys finding new ways to stay active and healthy ensuring she not only helps others achieve their health goals but leads by example. As a collegiate athlete, Crysta participated in the 100 meter hurdles and triple jump at the University of Incarnate Word. During her collegiate career she held the school record for the indoor 60 meter hurdles. With a commitment to wellness and education, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge to help athletes and active individuals get back to their optimal performance levels. From injury prevention and rehabilitation to performance enhancement, Crysta works closely with patients to achieve their goals, restore mobility, and improve quality of life.
